Did you do it?
Last week we talked about taking time to get quiet and think about core values. Did you do it? What did you discover? How did it change what you did last week?
I'm reading a great book and wanted to share it with you. "What Matters Most" by Hyrum W. Smith. This book has exercises in it to help identify your values then organize your life around them.
Here's some questions to ask yourself to get started:
What do I like to do when I'm not under pressure to do other things?
What do I enjoy sharing with others?
and... my personal favorite....
What am I doing during the time that I feel the greatest sense of harmony and inner peace?
How would you answer these questions? The answers tell you a lot about what you value in your world. Sometimes the answers will surprise you.
